Matcha White Chocolate Fudge Recipe

Matcha White Chocolate Fudge made by one of our Matcha loving customers. Herbal Tea Direct Regular Grade Matcha is ideal for making these delicious Matcha Green Tea White Chocolate Fudge and it's surprisingly easy to make!



  • 180g White chocolate ( 1plate-chopped)
  • 1/4 cup Thickened cream
  • 1 Tbs Butter
  • 1 Tbs Matcha Regular Grade
  • Tray and baking paper


  1. Bring the cream to almost boiling in a sauce pan, then remove it from the heat.
  2. Add chopped white chocolate and butter to the cream, mix well.
  3. Add matcha using a sifter, mix well.
  4. Pour the mixture into a tray lined with baking paper.
  5. Cool it in the fridge for 3-4 hours (it depends on the thickness of the mixture)
  6. Warm the knife under hot water, wipe it dry and cut the chocolate fudge.
  7. Sift matcha on the matcha chocolate.
